PROCESS

1) OSM Order Confirmation automates the exchange of messages with your suppliers with the help of SAP BTP. The solution generates an e-mail with all relevant data and sends the message to the supplier by e-mail.

2. Upon receiving the email, the supplier now has:
a. the option to confirm the requested quantities and dates directly via e-mail or
b. to confirm them directly in a web interface via a link sent with the e-mail.

3. Once the confirmation has been sent via OSM, the order confirmation data is automatically assigned to the order in your ERP system. This improves transparency and predictability in the supply chain and leads to time and cost savings through automation.
