The integration of the NIMMSTA Smart Watch and the Light Tags in SAP EWM is based on our SAP AddOn neo|NIMMSTA and seamlessly connects mobile wearable processes with your warehouse operations.
The solution relies on standardized web service and SAP EWM functions and implements the direct integration of NIMMSTA in SAP EWM using the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP):
The solution includes the following components:
- Standardized WebServices to control SAP EWM functions externally
- With the help of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), these services are published as an API for the NIMMSTA Productivity Cloud via SAP Cloud Integration
- Connection via the SAP Cloud Connector
- Access in EWM is online / synchronous
- Workflows and screens are managed in the NIMMSTA Productivity Cloud
- EWM-specific business logic and data sovereignty remain in the SAP standard
