WHO ARE WE?
MOTIVATION
We are neoimpulse, a consulting firm founded in 2018 with the vision of creating a creative platform for developing services and solutions around the digital supply chain. Our team of currently 40 colleagues pursues the daily goal of transforming, simplifying, connecting and improving the processes, systems and organizations of our customers. We do this as part of consulting and development services for logistics, production, planning, purchasing, and sales.
Our corporate culture is strongly characterized by “humanity”. We are committed to creativity, professionalism, fairness, entrepreneurship and sustainability and are looking for people with a creative drive, high quality standards and enjoy working in a team. How we live New Work? For instance, we place importance on ensuring that colleagues participate in significant tasks such as the redesign of our salary model. And we promote the compatibility of professional and private life by offering flexibility. We work hybrid, but also have a great office in Ismaning to offer.

OUR SUSTAINABILITY REPORT
We are proud to present our second sustainability report!
As a company that is not yet required to report, we have nevertheless decided to publish our second sustainability report in accordance with the German Sustainability Code (DNK). Why? Because sustainability is not a trend for us, but a long-term, strategic goal.
Our report is now available in the DNK database and can be compared with the reports of other companies. Through this transparency, we not only want to make our own progress comprehensible, but also actively promote industry comparison.
Why now? We are convinced that it is important to take responsibility at an early stage – regardless of legal requirements. The insight into our progress and challenges shows how seriously we take the issue and that we are working to improve year on year.
