In order to gain an even better understanding of real motion flows in intralogistics, we at neoimpulse have used and tested the MotionAnalyticsTool together with ZIGPOS.
The aim was to create transparency about routes, workloads and process dynamics using real movement data and to derive specific optimization potential from this.

The activity map shows where movement occurs and where time is lost. It shows which routes are used particularly frequently, where bottlenecks occur and which areas remain unused.
Instead of assumptions, we gain data – providing a solid foundation for real process optimization!
